PatientReach Mobile from Solutionreach is a free mobile download for your iPhone (Android version not yet released) that puts you in the front seat of our office.
With the palm of your hand, you can utilize quick and easy tools like secure messaging, appointment requests, and lightning fast payment collection. Convenience may never be closer than your back pocket!

Everything you need to stay in touch with our office is right at your fingertips.
You can click to navigate, call, or add your contact information into your phone’s directory.
Facebook and Twitter icons will appear on the main page, encouraging you to share us with your favorite social media.
Notifications automatically appear on this screen for unread messages or upcoming appointment and payment-due reminders.
You can also receive push notifications that prompt you to open the application to securely view unread messages from your practice.
Secure Patient-Practice Messaging
The password protected sign-in process ensures that the messages you exchange with our office are compliant with HIPAA guidelines for patient communication.
The subject of each conversation can be viewed from the main messaging screen, allowing you to click and view the discussion in the text format you’re used to.
Secure Photo and File Sharing
You can safely exchange images and files with our office (such as xrays, etc).
Similar to any SMS conversation, you can elect to upload an existing image from your phone, or take a photo right from the composition window.
Manage Appointment Schedules
Previous and upcoming appointments can both be viewed in the appointment section of the application.
You can also securely click on the plus sign to schedule a new appointment with our office.
When you send us a message or confirm appointments, automatic prompts will appear in our office to respond, or confirm an upcoming appointment. Please do not use this system to cancel or change an appointment within 24 hours.
By default, you will receive 3 messages about your upcoming appointment. We have found that most patients like this. Should you require less alerts, please just let us know and we can adjust your own patient portal manually to fit your needs.
Appointment Details and Confirmations
You can you the app to click on an upcoming appointment to access tools that let you:
- View the time and date of your appointment
- Send confirmations directly to our office
- Add the appointment to your calendar
- Click to populate your address into your Maps application
- Click to call our office
PatientReach Mobile makes it simple for you to view outstanding balances and submit mobile payments. This helps free up time and money (licking envelopes and buying stamps) thus allowing you to quickly and securely streamline that payment to our office.
You can view your invoice history right from your phone, on you your time, adding convenience for you and saving time having to call our office. An itemized list helps you understand how much you owe and what you are paying for.
You can elect to make full or partial payments with the card of your choice. Once we process your payment, you will see it reflected in your application.
