Elizabeth Zamudio
Operations Manager
Raised just outside of Chicago, Elizabeth’s education includes attending Seton Academy, DePaul University, South Suburban College, and Everest College. It’s easy to see that education is important to Elizabeth! She currently resides in Crown Point, IN.
Elizabeth joined our team in 2011, bringing her skills and experience to Pallotto Dental Care, where she ensures a great experience for every patient who walks through our door. As an office manager, she deeply cares for all the team members and helps our practice run smoothly and efficiently by ensuring our team has everything needed to provide exceptional care to our patients.

As she is an avid reader, you can often find Elizabeth’s nose in a book. She also enjoys traveling and seeing new places.
Penny Seles
Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator
Penny was born and raised in Cedar Lake, IN, and now lives in Valparaiso. She is one of our long-time employees, joining the team in 1999. Over the years, she has developed many meaningful relationships with our patients and truly loves working with them.
Her spare time is family time, and you can find Penny enjoying her family – especially her grandchildren.
Sharon Czalbowski
Business Assistant
Sharon has over 20 years of providing excellent customer service. Pallotto Dental Care is the beneficiary of her years of experience, taking care of people with her warm smile as you enter our office. She joined our team in 2009 as a Business Assistant and enjoys giving our patients a positive experience at every visit. Prior to joining us, Sharon was a flight attendant and was in the field of retail and physical therapy.
Sharon enjoys going for walks with her husband of 40 years and spending as much time as possible with family and grandchildren.
Loretta Lamb
Insurance Coordinator
Loretta has been at Pallotto Dental Care since 2021 as the Insurance Coordinator. Before joining us, she was in the dental field since 2007 as a front desk receptionist with focus on insurance. She takes great satisfaction advocating for our patients with their dental insurance; she sure is great at what she does. Our patients and team members can trust her when it comes to any insurance issues.
Loretta loves plants and enjoys gardening (she actually has a degree in horticulture and her first job after graduation was at Disney World as a gardener!!). She also loves cooking – even went to culinary school for a while – and our team is fortunate enough to get a taste of her amazing creations. She describes herself as somewhat of a classic car enthusiast. Her ultimate dream car is a 1996 Red Mustang convertible.
She has been married to her husband, Bruce, for almost 18 years. Together, they have a 21-year-old adopted son, along with two dogs, a cat, and three canaries.
Laura Isidoro
Front Desk
Laura has been in the dental field for over 19 years and recently became part of Pallotto Dental Care at the front desk. She loves to make people smile and spread positivity.
In her free time, you will find her spending time with family; she loves to bake cakes and cookies – she even does cardio exercise to strengthen her heart and to stay fit while watching Netflix! Our team had the great pleasure of enjoying Laura’s famous flan.
Samantha McCarthy
Dental Hygienist
Samantha attended Indiana University Northwest for her dental hygiene degree. She is originally from Munster, IN and joined our team in 2012.
“I love creating relationships with my patients and working with them to help them achieve optimal oral health.”
When Samantha is relaxing and enjoying her free time, you will often find her spending it with the people she loves the most – her family and friends. She also enjoys attending baseball games and concerts, painting, reading, traveling, and visiting Chicago in the summertime.
Ivon Nila
Dental Hygienist
Ivon graduated from Prairie State College and has been an essential part of Pallotto Dental Care since 2018. She loves her work family and enjoys seeing and helping her patients to achieve great, healthy smiles.
Ivon is married to her high school sweetheart. Together, they have three beautiful girls, and a 17-year old Pomeranian dog, and love outdoor activities as a family.

Sue Marynowski
Dental Hygienist
Sue is a Lansing native and graduated magna cum laude from Prairie State College in the dental hygiene program. We are fortunate that she joined the practice in 2000 and provides exceptional care to our patients.
Her favorite activity is spending time on the lake with her daughter, Maddie, and her friends. She also enjoys watching sports and outside activities.
Paula Seles
Dental Hygienist
Paula is originally from Hammond, IN, and earned her degree in dental hygiene from Lake Land College in Mattoon, IL. She joined our team in 2012.
Paula is truly from a dental family. Her mother was a dental assistant, which helped her develop a passion for dentistry as she grew up.
“I love providing excellent service to my patients. Seeing them grow and maintain a healthy mouth to improve their overall quality of life keeps me coming to work with a smile on my face.”
In her free time, Paula enjoys spending as much time as possible with her friends and family. She and her son, Jaxon, are always exploring new adventures together, especially when the weather is nice. They love spending time outdoors and making great memories with wonderful friends!
Erica Saucedo
Dental Assistant
Erica graduated from Brightwood College and has been part of Pallotto Dental Care since 2019 as a dental assistant. She enjoys working with her team to provide a comfortable experience for our patients.
She is a mother of two handsome boys! In her free time, Erica loves having game nights with her family and she loves to collect sneakers!
